Manage Events

Events can be created and managed from any device as is the case with all the functions of GroupRevMax.


Catering menus can be created as packaged menus with standard menu items as well as choices. When these packaged menus are added to an event, all the standard items are automatically added and the choices can be selected.

Room Setup

Room configurations are pre-created in setup and can be selected at the time of creating the event. Further, free form comments can be added for other setup details.

Audio Visual

GroupRevMax maintains inventory of all audio visual items and reduces items from inventory when added to events. Further audio visual packages can be created for easy addition to events with separate pricing model if desired.
